| Criminal Minds Season 1- Criminal Minds is different. It's not another CSI. Instead of examining forensic evidence after a crime has been committed, this group of agents uses behavioral analysis techniques to prevent serial crimes.
The writing is excellent, the character relationships are excellent and the cast is excellent. Every episode moves along smoothly and is wrapped up within the hour leaving the viewer with no unanswered questions.
Great cast headed by Mandy Patinkin and Thomas Gibson. The depiction of violent serial criminals is complex and disturbing. The crimes are presented in a dark, realistic manner that is unusual for television. Highly recommended.

I did not start watching Criminal Minds until well into the second season but became hooked after just the first episode that I watched. The writing is excellent, the character relationships are excellent and the cast is excellent. Every episodeof Criminal Minds moves along smoothly and is wrapped up within the hour leaving the viewer with no unanswered question. I cannot say enough good things about Criminal Minds.
